Crenshaw was the head athletic trainer for the Tampa Bay Devil Rays from 2003 to 2005 and served as the assistant athletic trainer for the Rays from 1998-2002. While with the Rays\, Crenshaw shared “Major League Baseball Athletic Training Staff of the Year” honors in 2005 and the “Dick Martin Athletic Training Staff of the Year” honors in 2004 with Ron Porterfield. He also served as the organization’s Minor League athletic training and conditioning coordinator for the 1996 and 1997 seasons. Prior to joining Tampa Bay\, Crenshaw worked for seven years as a professional athletic trainer\, including four years as Minor League conditioning coordinator for the Atlanta Braves from 1992 to 1995. He also served as an athletic trainer in the Pittsburgh Pirates’ farm system from 1989 to 1991\, working with affiliates in Princeton\, W.Va.\, and Welland\, Ontario. A native of Carrizozo\, N.M.\, Crenshaw received an undergraduate degree in sports medicine from New Mexico State University in 1990. He is a certified member of the NATA and the (NSCA) National Strength & Conditioning Association. In his spare time\, Crenshaw coaches youth football\, basketball and baseball programs. Crenshaw\, his wife\, Robyn\, and their sons\, Wacy\, Wyatt\, and Dustin\, reside in Chandler\, AZ.  \n\n\n\nABOUT KIM WATSON\, PHD\, PMP CEO\, CORPORATE ALLIANCE Kim Watson has over 25 years experience as a consultant/project manager identifying\, building and managing teams for others. Her natural curiosity on the formation and mobilization of ‘best’ teams prompted her to study people. So\, along with her many successful years of corporate\, non-profit and governmental consulting\, she completed a Master’s and a PhD in performance psychology. She is also a certified Project Manager Professional (PMP) and Six Sigma Green Belt Professional.
