Cool Down for Adult Athlete
90-90 hips
3 x 5 physiological breathing sets each side, alternating sides after 5
Sitting on the ground you’ll have one leg in front of you and the other behind you as shown in the video. Your knees should be at 90 degrees and the angle between the hips should be at 90 degrees. Your count is 5 rounds of your physiological breathing. You’ll likely feel that one side is more restricted. The goal is to shift weight into the side where the leg is rotated behind you, sit bone toward the ground.
