About Me
Tim Spooner, PT, FAFS, is a visionary leader and seasoned physical therapist dedicated to revolutionizing healthcare through movement. As the CEO and founder of Spooner, Tim has championed a patient-centered approach since opening the practice in 1990, believing that everyone should have the tools to achieve optimal health through motion. His leadership has embedded this philosophy into the framework of Spooner’s culture, driving the organization’s ongoing expansion across Arizona and Texas.
Tim’s unique dual perspective as a business owner and physical therapist positions him at the forefront of addressing the rising costs of Musculoskeletal Disorders (MSDs) for employers. After seeing how these costs directly impacted his own company’s bottom line, he recognized
the need for change. Now, as the CEO of Solveglobal, Tim is committed to disrupting the current healthcare model, focusing on reducing employer costs and enhancing employee vitality through innovative, movement-based solutions.
Tim holds a Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy from the University of North Dakota and is a Fellow of Applied Functional Science (AFS) through the Gray Institute. His passion for movement and dedication to advancing healthcare continue to inspire those around him, making a lasting impact on the industry.
