SUMMARY:Complimentary Movement Screens
DESCRIPTION:in collaboration with the Anthem Community Center \n\n\n\nIs Something Holding You Back?\n\n\n\nWhether it’s knee pain during pickleball\, a shoulder that won’t loosen up\, stiffness after gardening\, or an injury that’s simply taking longer than expected to heal\, you don’t have to figure it out alone. \n\n\n\nJoin Spooner therapists at the Anthem Community Center for a complimentary 15-minute movement screen and get expert answers about what’s causing your discomfort and what you can do next. \n\n\n\nNo referral. No commitment. Just trusted guidance from Arizona’s movement experts. \n\n\n\nIs a Movement Screen Right for You?\n\n\n\nA movement screen is a great opportunity if you: \n\n\n\n\nHave aches\, pains\, or stiffness that aren’t improving\n\n\n\nExperience discomfort during walking\, hiking\, golf\, pickleball\, exercise\, or everyday activities\n\n\n\nWant to improve your balance\, mobility\, or flexibility\n\n\n\nRecently experienced an injury or are recovering from surgery\n\n\n\nWant to stay active and prevent future injuries\n\n\n\nHave questions about a movement concern and aren’t sure where to start\n\n\n\n\nIf something is keeping you from doing the things you enjoy\, we’re here to help. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nWhat Is a Complimentary Movement Screen?\n\n\n\nA movement screen is a brief\, one-on-one consultation with a licensed Spooner physical or occupational therapist. \n\n\n\nDuring your visit\, your therapist will: \n\n\n\n\nListen to your concerns and answer your questions\n\n\n\nObserve a few simple movements to better understand what’s happening\n\n\n\nIdentify potential factors contributing to your pain\, stiffness\, or limited mobility\n\n\n\nDiscuss your options and recommend appropriate next steps\n\n\n\n\nWhether your concern is new or something you’ve been living with for a while\, you’ll leave with greater clarity and confidence about what to do next. \n\n\n\nIf physical or occupational therapy could help\, we’ll explain your options. If it isn’t the right fit\, we’ll tell you that too. Our goal is simply to help you move with greater confidence. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nWhat to Expect\n\n\n\nYour movement screen lasts approximately 15 minutes and is completely complimentary. \n\n\n\nThere are no treatments\, no procedures\, and no obligation. This is simply an opportunity to speak with a movement expert in a relaxed\, welcoming environment. \n\n\n\nPlease wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move easily. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nEvent Details\n\n\n\nComplimentary Movement Screens \n\n\n\nDate: August 25 \n\n\n\nTime: 3:30 PM – 5:30 PM \n\n\n\nLocation: Anthem Community Center \n\n\n\nAppointments are complimentary\, but space is limited. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nReserve Your Spot\n\n\n\nTake advantage of this free opportunity to get answers\, move with greater confidence\, and learn how to stay active doing the things you love. \n\n\n\nReserve your complimentary movement screen below.\n\n\n\nQuestions?
