Cancellation/Refund Policy

In order to receive a refund, the registered participant must email Rebekah Hibbert at r.hibbert@spoonerpt.com stating their desire for a refund. Upon receipt of the request, a confirmation will be sent back to the participant. Please allow up to 30 days for a refund once the request has been confirmed.

– Before April 1, 2026: Full refund will be issued
– Before April 23, 2026: 50% of the registration will be refunded
– On or after April 24, 2026: No refunds available
