THE HUDDLE 2026 SESSION PROPOSAL

The Huddle is a one-of-a-kind conference where we bring the Sports Medicine network together to discuss and collaborate on evaluation & rehabilitation/treatment and providing care for the complete athlete while working together as a sports medicine team. Spooner is accepting abstract submissions from Physical Therapists, Athletic Trainers, Physicians, Strength and Conditioning Coaches, Sports Nutritionists, Sports Psychologists/Psychiatrists, Occupational Therapists, and any other sports medicine professionals.

The audience for The Huddle is the Sports Medicine Network, all of the individual contributors to athlete care, including:

Physical Therapists
Occupational Therapists
Athletic Trainers
Physicians
Strength and Conditioning Coaches
Sports Psychologists/Psychiatrists
Sports Nutritionists
and more

Submissions are due Monday, September 15, 2025

The Conference will take place Friday, May 1st and Saturday, May 2nd, 2026

Cancellation/Refund Policy

In order to receive a refund, the registered participant must email Rebekah Hibbert at r.hibbert@spoonerpt.com stating their desire for a refund. Upon receipt of the request, a confirmation will be sent back to the participant. Please allow up to 30 days for a refund once the request has been confirmed.

– Before April 1, 2026: Full refund will be issued
– Before April 23, 2026: 50% of the registration will be refunded
– On or after April 24, 2025: No refunds available
