As the Chief Experience Officer, Michelle is driven to ensure that Spooner’s strong company culture is reflected in all areas of the business, particularly in the patient and employee experience. Michelle believes physical therapists greatly impact our society’s health and are best equipped to manage community musculoskeletal health. She is passionate about demonstrating this expertise and always searches for innovative ways for our team to reach and serve our communities.
Michelle is a natural people connector and relationship builder, striving for excellence personally and professionally. Her work includes leading and influencing therapists along their journey, and she spends much of her time teaching, guiding, and mentoring others, especially in the realm of the patient experience. She gets great satisfaction from participating in others’ growth and seeing them contribute to the profession through their own passion and talents while impacting the health of our community. Michelle is extremely proud of the work that our team at Spooner does every day and looks forward to continued growth as we reach new areas to offer our expertise.
