About Me

Stephanie was born and raised in Phoenix, Arizona, and her deep roots in the community inspire her passion for providing individualized and compassionate care. She earned her undergraduate degree in Exercise Science from Northern Arizona University, followed by her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of Southern California.

Since beginning her career with Spooner in 2022, Stephanie has developed a strong commitment to supporting her patients through every stage of their healing journey. She takes a whole-person approach to care, with a special interest in breast health and women’s oncology rehabilitation. Her clinical focus centers around empowering patients with knowledge, restoring movement, and creating a safe space for healing.

She holds a certification in Dry Needling and integrates evidence-based techniques into her treatment approach to help restore function, relieve pain, and support long-term wellness.

Outside of the clinic, she enjoys traveling, cherishing moments with family and friends, and embracing her new journey into motherhood.
