Welcome to the Spooner North Mesa.
Our 8-week summer camp is designed specifically for middle school and high school athletes looking to get stronger, faster, and more explosive. With a focus on speed and strength development, we aim to help athletes dominate their sport while reducing the risk of injury. An athletic assessment performed by a physical therapist is required before starting camp.

MEET YOUR PERFORMANCE COACH

Abe Hurtado, CSCS, USSF D, FRCms
Abe has advanced his career as a movement specialist through CSCS, USSF D, and Precision Nutrition certifications. The largest influence on his journey to becoming a FIT Trainer is the exposure to multiple physical therapists within the clinical setting. He has interacted with an array of patients within the following sectors; post-op, pediatrics, high school and professional athletes, geriatrics, neuro, pelvic floor, and vestibular. Rehabbing many different populations, He has had the benefit of observing and navigating different approaches within the desired treatment plan. He is prepared to take patients and athletes to the next level and guide them to enhancing their performance through education, motivation, and strengthening so they can move better and feel better in their daily activities.
