About Me:
In 2011, I graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Physiotherapy from V.S.P.M’s College of Physiotherapy, India. Later in 2015, I completed my Masters Degree in Neuro-Physiotherapy from the All India Institute of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, India. During both of these degrees I was fortunate to work extensively and gain experience in treating patients from the fields of Pain Management, Adult Neurology and Restorative Therapy, Biomechanics & Gait Training, and Pediatrics. In this period, I also published a paper title “The Effect of Binocular Peripheral Vision Blocks (Partial and Complete) On Balance in Healthy Young Adults: An Experimental Study” in Physiotherapy – The Journal of Indian Association of Physiotherapists.

After completing my education in 2015, I started working at All India Institute of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation as a clinical Physical Therapist for one year and later as a Lecturer until 2019. During this tenure, I was the in-charge of the Balance Training Section, where I was training patients using evidence-based clinical practice measures and developed customized treatment plans for adults and pediatrics affected with neurological, musculoskeletal, and age related pathologies.

In December 2019, I got married. In July 2020, I moved to Arizona from India.

Outside the Clinic:
I am a dog and nature lover. Since I moved to Arizona, it doesn’t stop surprising me with its magnificent skies, gorgeous blue lakes full of ducks and the spectacular cotton-candy sunsets every single day! You can call me a part-time nature phone photographer. In my free time, I thoroughly enjoy binging on thrillers with my husband. I love to eat and I love to cook especially all kinds of spicy Indian Curries and Biryanis (you are all invited 🙂 !!)
