About Me:
Cayla is originally from New York and moved to Arizona from Charlotte, NC. She received her Bachelors in Human Nutrition, Foods and Exercise Science from Virginia Tech in Blacksburg, VA and her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Duke University in Durham, NC. Cayla joined the Spooner team in October 2023. She enjoys treating athletes of all ages and getting people back to the things they enjoy doing.

Outside of the clinic, Cayla enjoys running, hiking, traveling, and watching sports.
