Community Involvement:
Dillon has had the opportunity to evaluate and educate multiple CrossFit athletes at his CrossFit gym to continue to allow the athletes to feel better, move better, and perform better. He has led movement screens and mobility classes to provide valuable insight on how to warm up, cool down and perform at the best of their abilities and decrease risk of injury.

In 2015 and 2016, Dillon participated in an 8-week “Falls Prevention Program” through his university which sought to provide the geriatric population with tools to prevent and recover from any falls around the house or community. This program focused on educating people of how to modify their environments, recover from falls using objects around them, and eliminating hazards around the house to ensure proper safety throughout their daily activities.

About Me:
Dillon received his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from A.T. Still University in 2018. His passion for helping other athletes, whether it is from baseball players to swimmers, ranging from adolescents to professional athletes, came from playing baseball for 2 years at Glendale Community College and 2 years at MidAmerica Nazarene University. He loves the challenges, camaraderie, and relationships that come with working alongside athletes, and ultimately watching their success during their rehab and in their respective sport.

Dillon loves being active and strives to help others achieve their goals by any means possible. He believes being active is a huge key to maintaining a healthy lifestyle and takes great pleasure in assisting others live a healthy lifestyle through a variety of manual techniques, individualized exercise prescription, and education on lifestyle modifications. Physical Therapy allows him to make a difference in your life and the community through helping you accomplish your goals and believing that you can achieve anything you set your mind to.

Outside the Clinic:
Some of his personal interests are baseball, golf, hiking, traveling and spending time with his wife, family and friends. He loves playing competitive softball, meeting new people and keeping his competitive spirit alive in a variety of ways. He enjoys pushing himself physically at the CrossFit gym and learning new Olympic lifts that can challenge him mentally, physically, and emotionally.
