About Me

Jack Haugen is originally an Iowa native and started with Spooner in August 2025. He went to St. Ambrose in Davenport, IA where he received a bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science and a master’s degree in Exercise Physiology. He ran for the cross country and track team while attending St. Ambrose as well. He went on to return to his hometown for PT school in Dubuque, IA. Jack enjoys treating all orthopedic conditions and has a special interest in working with athletes of all ages and types.

Outside of the clinic, Jack enjoys golfing, hiking, working out, spending time with family and friends, exploring the city, or playing video games. He loves watching all sports and is a huge Chicago Bears and Cubs fan!
