About Me:
Keith is originally from the Philadelphia, PA area where he grew up playing competitive ice hockey, lacrosse, and skateboarding. He received his Bachelor’s and Masters Degree in Exercise Science from West Chester University of Pennsylvania and California University of Pennsylvania, respectively, in 2009 and 2012. Following this, Keith worked in the fields of strength and conditioning, personal training, corporate fitness and fitness education for over ten years. He has held professional fitness certifications through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist), American College of Sports Medicine (Certified Exercise Physiologist), and currently with National Academy of Sports Medicine (Corrective Exercise Specialist). Keith’s previous work as a strength coach has provided him years of experience working with athletes of all ages and competition levels including youth, collegiate, junior Olympic and semi-professionals in sports such as ice hockey, figure skating, ice dancing, lacrosse, tennis, softball, baseball, and more.

Keith achieved his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from A. T. Still University in Mesa, AZ in 2020 and has been practicing in Orthopedics and Sports Medicine physical therapy. Most recently, he became a Board Certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist through the American Physical Therapy Association. Currently, Keith practices at Spooner, Gilbert and works as an adjunct faculty at Grand Canyon University. He is dry needling certified (Level 1 and 2) through Structure and Function and specializes in treating rotational sports athletes and recreational weightlifting athletes.

Outside the Clinic:
In his free time, he continues to play ice hockey, weight-lift, hike and spend time with his wife and two Yorkies.
