The Bridge Therapist role is designed for clinicians who want variety, mentorship, and impact — without giving up stability, culture, or support.

You’ll work across 27 Spooner clinics in the Phoenix Metropolitan area, supporting teams where help is needed while gaining an unmatched clinical perspective. Typically, our Bridge Therapists are dedicated to supporting one Spooner clinic over a two to three-month period before moving to a new assignment.

 As a Bridge Therapist, you gain exposure to diverse patient populations, multiple clinic environments, and over 150 Spooner therapists — all within one unified system.
