As a sports clinician, you’ve seen it before athletes stuck in a cycle of low back pain, temporary relief, and frustrating setbacks. Traditional rehab protocols don’t account for the unique demands of sport, leaving athletes underprepared for the forces, speed, and intensity of competition.
About the Course:
This 2-day course will equip clinicians with the skills to assess and manage low back pain in athletic populations, with emphasis on lumbar bone stress injuries (BSI). Attendees will learn how to integrate biomechanics, movement strategies, and high-performance rehab principles into practice.
