YOUR ROLE AS A FLOAT PHYSICAL THERAPIST

As a Float Physical Therapist at Spooner, you will use your expertise to help patients of all ages and abilities move better and feel better in a variety of outpatient clinical settings. Your experience as an outpatient physical therapist and your experience in treating a variety of patient populations make you stand out. You are energetic about helping patients achieve their movement goals and have confidence in handling variety. You want to practice your influence in the community while improving your leadership and organizational skills.  

As a Spooner float physical therapist, you will work alongside clinic directors while intentionally modeling Spooner’s Core Values.  We want to help you grow as a clinician, so we provide a structured mentorship program for you to expand your clinical skills, as well as your leadership skills.
