Spooner is pleased to provide the convenience of secure online payments for our patients via Prompt Therapy Solutions

To make a payment, please click the “Make a Payment” button below to be taken to the payment portal where you may complete your transaction. Use this payment portal for dates of service after April 7, 2025. For all balances prior to April 7, 2025, please call our Patient Accounts Team at 480-551-4977, OR utilize the link/QR code from your text or statement.

Payments completed through the online payment portal will be posted only to your patient account*.

*Movement Plus membership payments should be handled through the Movement Plus web portal.
