Cancellation/Refund Policy
In order to receive a refund, the registered participant must send an email stating their desire for a refund to Rebekah Hibbert, at r.hibbert@spoonerpt.com. A confirmation will then be sent back to the participant upon receipt of the request. Please allow up to 30 days for a refund once the request has been confirmed.
– Before January 1, 2022: Full refund will be issued
– Before Feb 15, 2022: 50% of the registration will be refunded
– On or after February 16, 2022: No refunds available
