About Me

Austin Kitteringham, CSCS, FAFS is an Arizona native from Prescott Valley, and grew up playing baseball year-round, sparking a lifelong passion for sports and human performance. He earned his Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science from Northern Arizona University, laying the foundation for his career in health and performance training.

Over the past nine years with Spooner, Austin has continued to grow as a professional. He is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), a Fellow of Applied Functional Science (FAFS), and a Certified Cancer Exercise Specialist. Additionally, he holds multiple certifications from the Titleist Performance Institute and SuperSpeed Golf, allowing him to support golfers of all levels in optimizing their performance on the course.

Austin takes pride in his comprehensive, whole-person approach to assessment and training. In addition to sports performance, he specializes in working with client’s post-rehabilitation—developing personalized programs that promote safe, effective recovery and long-term function. With experience working across a wide range of ages and abilities, Austin is dedicated to helping each client reach their goals through customized exercise programming.
