About Me

Kristen earned her DPT from UT Southwestern Medical Center and is passionate about delivering patient centered care that restores function while maximizing long term health and wellness. She is dedicated to helping patients bridge the gap between recovery and full return to the activities they love.

Kristen’s interest in physical therapy began through her background as a competitive dancer for over 12 years where her experience with movement and injury prevention shaped her commitment to rehabilitation. She plans to pursue advanced certifications in COMT and Dry Needling and is a strong advocate for her patients and the physical therapy profession.

Outside the clinic, Kristen enjoys exploring new coffee shops, working out, and spending time with family and friends. She is an avid Dallas Cowboys and Texas Longhorns fan and serves her church on the guest experience and welcoming team.
