About Me
Born and raised in Northwest Indiana, Amanda grew up with a deep appreciation for movement and competition. A lifelong swimmer, she also participated in volleyball, tennis, and track throughout her youth, which helped shape her understanding of athletic performance, injury prevention, and recovery.
Her passion for physical therapy led her to Arizona, where she earned her Doctorate of Physical Therapy. During her clinical rotations, she discovered a strong interest in neurological rehabilitation, working with individuals recovering from strokes, spinal cord injuries, and those adapting to life with prosthetics. She also gained valuable experience in geriatric care and sports rehabilitation, fueling her dedication to helping people of all ages regain strength, mobility, and independence.
Outside of the clinic, she enjoys staying active with pickleball and sand volleyball (when it’s not too hot out!), spending time with family and friends, swimming, and learning how to be a successful plant mom.
