About Me

Before coming to the USA in 2021, Reis was a teacher of Physical Education and History in the UK and also taught English in China for a year. Upon arrival to the USA, Reis became a technician at the Spooner Ahwatukee location for two years while completing prerequisites to apply for Occupational Therapy School. During his OT education, Reis completed two clinical rotations, one at Chandler Regional Medical Center’s inpatient rehabilitation, and one at Mayo Clinic’ outpatient rehabilitation.

Although Reis’ position places him as an upper extremity specialist, he is a firm believer in holistic patient-centered care. Getting clients back to what they want to be doing is the core of what he wants to be achieving.

Outside of the clinic, Reis loves to play golf and sand volleyball every week. He flies back to the UK at least twice a year to visit family and friends. He believes it would be rude not to take advantage of the magnificent weather AZ has to offer for approximately eight months of the year!
