CAREER OPPORTUNITY AT SPOONER PHOENIX!
WHY SPOONER?
Spooner is built for therapists with a growth mindset—those who want to lead, challenge themselves, and achieve more in their careers.
From the beginning, our vision has been clear: disrupt the status quo in healthcare and elevate physical and occupational therapists as primary care musculoskeletal experts. That vision continues to drive us as we grow across the greater Phoenix area and expand into the Dallas-Fort Worth market.
Clinic Director opportunities at Spooner are rare. Our leaders stay, grow, and make a lasting impact. This is your opportunity to step into a role that goes beyond managing a clinic—you will shape culture, develop people, and influence the future of care.
This is not a typical workplace. At Spooner, fun and excellence go hand in hand.
You’ll step into a system designed to help you lead at a higher level:
- A full year of structured onboarding and leadership development
- Ongoing mentorship from experienced clinical leaders
- Company-funded learning, certifications, and fellowship support
- A collaborative environment where therapists lead and innovate
We don’t just talk about continuous learning—we build it into everything we do. Our culture is intentional, our expectations are high, and our investment in our people is real.
We will challenge you.
We will invest in you.
We will help you grow into the leader you know you can be.
If you’re ready for more… more leadership, more impact, more growth… this is your opportunity.
YOUR ROLE AS A CLINIC DIRECTOR
This is a rare opportunity to lead an established, high-performing team at Spooner Phoenix.
You’ll step into a clinic with strong momentum—surrounded by nationally and internationally recognized physical therapists, occupational therapists, performance coaches, and athletic trainers. This is a team that values excellence, collaboration, and continuous growth.
At Spooner, Clinic Directors are not removed from care—they are core members of the treatment team. You will lead from the front, shaping both the clinical experience and the culture of your clinic.
Your impact goes beyond operations. You will:
- Set the vision and direction for your clinic
- Develop and mentor your team
- Drive meaningful patient outcomes and experiences
- Build a culture that reflects Spooner’s core values
Our treatment philosophy is centered on delivering an engaging experience for every patient—mind, body, and spirit. As a Director, you are responsible for bringing that to life in every interaction, every session, and every team decision.
This role requires a licensed Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, or Physical Therapy Assistant who is ready to lead at a higher level.
At Spooner, Arizona’s largest physical therapy private practice, we are most proud of our culture of excellence. We invest heavily in our people and create an environment where growth is expected and supported.
You’ll be backed by a system designed for success:
- A structured onboarding experience built specifically for Clinic Directors
- Ongoing mentorship and leadership development
- Internal education and specialty practice groups
- Generous continuing education support
We encourage our leaders to explore their interests, expand their expertise, and build networks that fuel their passion. With continued company growth comes real opportunity for advancement and long-term career development.
Spooner has been helping communities achieve health through movement for over 30 years. We are still growing. Still evolving. Still raising the standard.
If you’re ready to lead a high-performing team, make a lasting impact, and build something meaningful—this is your opportunity.
