Payment, Billing & Policies for Spooner On Demand

For Spooner On Demand and/or for Performance and Personal Training services, you will be asked to supply information that is relevant to this transaction including, without limitation, your name, credit card number, expiration date of the credit card, your billing address, email address, and telephone number. By submitting this information, you grant us the right to provide such information to our third-party management software, Trainerize/Stripe, in order to complete your transaction. We may contact you regarding your account or your transactions and you agree to said communications.

On-Demand programs will be accessed through the Spooner On Demand app that may include education, workout plans, and exercise demonstrations. The contents of the program vary in duration and are specific to the program you have chosen. After the sale is finalized and your account is created, you will have access to the given program and mobile phone app or computer web browser for one (1) calendar year.

Sales Terms:
Full payment is required upfront before any remote, on-demand program materials are delivered. Once payment is received, the program will be delivered via the Spooner On Demand app (powered by Trainerize). Programs are for individual use only and may not be shared, copied, or redistributed.

Refund Policy:
All sales are final. No refunds will be issued once the program has been purchased and delivered. Exceptions may be made in cases of duplicate charges or technical errors, at the discretion of the company. If you believe an error has occurred, please contact training@spoonerpt.com within 7 days of purchase.
