A LEADERSHIP OPPORTUNITY WITH ROOM TO GROW

Spooner Buckeye is an established clinic serving one of the fastest-growing communities in Arizona.

As Clinic Director, you won’t simply step in to maintain what already exists. You’ll have the opportunity to develop your team, strengthen relationships throughout the community, grow the clinic, and shape what Spooner Buckeye becomes as the West Valley continues to expand.

You’ll continue doing what you love—caring for patients—while taking on a larger role in developing people, building culture, and leading the success of your clinic.

As Clinic Director, you’ll:

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of clinicians and support staff.
  • Create an environment where your team and patients can thrive.
  • Deliver exceptional patient care while maintaining your clinical practice.
  • Build relationships with physicians, schools, athletic programs, employers, and community partners.
  • Help your team grow professionally and pursue areas of clinical interest.
  • Take ownership of clinic performance, growth, and patient experience.
  • Work alongside Spooner leaders who are invested in your success.

GROW WITH BUCKEYE

Buckeye isn’t just growing—it’s creating an opportunity for the right leader to grow alongside it.

As new families, businesses, schools, and healthcare providers continue moving into the West Valley, Spooner Buckeye has an opportunity to deepen its role within the community and serve an expanding patient population.

For a leader who wants to build relationships, develop a team, and grow a practice rather than simply inherit one, Buckeye offers significant runway.

This is your opportunity to help define what comes next.

YOU WON’T BE EXPECTED TO FIGURE IT OUT ALONE

Leadership is developed at Spooner.

Becoming a Clinic Director is a significant career step. That’s why we invest in developing our leaders rather than simply handing them the keys to a clinic.

As a Spooner Clinic Director, you’ll be surrounded by experienced leaders, clinicians, and resources designed to help you succeed.

Your development includes:

Structured Director Onboarding
A comprehensive onboarding experience designed to help you understand the people, systems, expectations, and resources that support successful Spooner clinics.

Leadership Development
Develop the skills to lead people, communicate effectively, coach your team, navigate challenges, and build a healthy clinic culture.

Mentorship & Support
You’ll have access to experienced Spooner leaders who can help you work through challenges, identify opportunities, and continue developing as a leader.

Clinical Collaboration
Stay connected to clinicians across Spooner through specialty practice groups, mentorship, internal education, and opportunities to learn from therapists throughout the organization.

Continuing Education
Continuously Learning is one of our Core Values. Spooner supports ongoing professional development through continuing education funding and company-supported learning opportunities.

You’ll have the autonomy to lead your clinic without being left to lead it alone.

You might be a great fit if:

  • You’re a PT, OT, or PTA who wants to lead people, not simply manage a schedule.
  • You enjoy mentoring clinicians and helping others succeed.
  • You believe an exceptional patient experience starts with an exceptional team.
  • You want ownership over the growth and direction of your clinic.
  • You enjoy building relationships inside and outside the clinic.
  • You’re willing to challenge the status quo and look for better ways to serve patients.
  • You’re looking for an opportunity to grow professionally—not simply your next job.
