About Me
Education & Credentials
Cassidy earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from Midwestern University in Glendale, AZ, after completing her Bachelor of Science at Carroll College in Helena, MT. She is certified in dry needling and integrates manual therapy, movement science, and progressive exercise strategies to help patients recover efficiently and return to full function.
Growing up in Boise, Idaho, Cassidy spent most of her youth outdoors—hiking, camping, fishing, and competing in soccer. She played soccer all 4 years in college, with her most success as a center midfielder, even after overcoming her own ACL surgery. Her experiences navigating sports-related injuries sparked her interest in physical therapy and shaped her commitment to helping people stay active, confident, and resilient.
Her clinical interests include:
- Post-operative rehabilitation: guiding patients from surgery to full return of function
- Sports performance & injury prevention: supporting athletes at every level with evidence-informed programming
- Pediatrics: building lifelong skills from an early age to meet major milestones
Cassidy believes that physical therapy isn’t just about injury recovery; it’s about restoring movement, optimizing performance, and empowering people to thrive at any age.
