- Unlimited direct access to a licensed physical therapist for calls, online chat, and telehealth visits
- A custom Spooner web portal to manage your membership
- 3 membership levels to choose from: Access, Achieve and Excel (see details below)
- Varying levels of access to the Spooner Movement Plus Member Therapist and Your Spooner Team

- Up to 10 carry over in-clinic visits
- Pause and restart your membership at any time** (reduced rate of $10/mo while membership is paused)
- Medical Freeze your membership at any time*** (maintains carry-over visits, max 3 months)
EXCEL Membership
- You get everything from the ACCESS and ACHIEVE Memberships plus:
- 5 Virtual Screening/month for Acute Musculoskeletal Injuries
- 5 Sessions/month with a therapist at any Spooner Clinic location of your choice*
