Our team of Personal Trainers and Sports Performances Coaches works with clients of all backgrounds, from beginners to professional athletes, both in-person and remotely.

One-on-One Training
Our team offers sessions in 30, 45, or 60 minute intervals depending on your needs.

Small Group/Semi-Private Training
Enjoy working out with a partner, or other athletes? We offer semi-private training options, and small-group (4-6) training seasonally in select locations.

Large Group Training
Offered at the Spooner Sports Institute, take advantage of our 4,700 sq ft indoor turf and 4,000 sq ft of strength and conditioning equipment with year-round group training for football, baseball, and high school specific athletes.
