About Me:
Ashley is a graduate of Northern Arizona University and grew up in Bloomington/Normal, Illinois. She completed her undergraduate degree in Kinesiology at DePauw University in Indiana, where she played college basketball for 3 years. During her time at DePauw, she was also a head basketball coach for 7th and 8th grade girl’s basketball for 2 years. After finishing her Bachelor’s degree, Ashley jumped at the opportunity to get out of the Midwest and settled in a place much warmer, Arizona, where she completed her Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) at Northern Arizona University – Phoenix Biomedical Campus.

Through the education provided at Northern Arizona University, continuing education courses, clinical internships, and self­-guided studies, Ashley has grown a passion for functional, multi-modal, and evidence-based patient care in order to enhance patient outcomes and overall, improve each patients’ quality of life.

In her free time, Ashley enjoys spending time with friends and family, playing board/card games, hiking, or just having a movie night. She loves to work out in the gym and has a passion for sports. She also loves playing and watching any sport she can, especially basketball, and enjoys all Chicago sports, especially the Cubs and Da Bears!
