About Me

Corey Ferguson has over five years of experience as an outpatient physical therapist in the greater Phoenix area. Corey specializes in helping active individuals, athletes, lifters, and golfers recover from injuries and enhance their performance through personalized, evidence-based treatment.

Corey earned his Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science from the University of Iowa in 2016 and went on to receive his Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from Des Moines University in 2020. His training includes certifications in Dry Needling and Astym therapy, along with completing training as a Functional Golf Specialist through the Gray Institute.

A strong advocate for staying active and maintaining a healthy lifestyle, Corey enjoys working with individuals who are passionate about their physical pursuits. His expertise in rehabilitation, combined with his hands-on approach, makes him particularly effective at treating athletes and those recovering from sports-related injuries, as well as enhancing performance for active individuals.

Outside of his professional life, Corey enjoys cooking, golfing, and hiking, and he values spending quality time with his friends and family. His commitment to both his personal health and his patients’ well-being reflects his holistic approach to physical therapy and overall wellness.
