About Me
Hailey joined Spooner after completing her Doctor of Physical Therapy at Rocky Mountain University of Health Professions, building on years of experience with the company that began in 2021 as a physical therapy technician. Her early exposure to patient care, combined with advanced clinical training—including specialized coursework through Herman & Wallace and a pelvic floor clinical rotation—shaped her commitment to delivering thoughtful, thorough, and patient-centered care.
Throughout her development as a clinician, Hailey has cultivated strong skills in orthopedic and pelvic health assessment, human movement analysis, and evidence-appreciation for individualized care, striving to create an environment where people feel supported, understood, and empowered in their recovery.
Hailey’s passion for physical therapy is rooted in helping people regain confidence in their bodies. She is dedicated to elevating the visibility and impact of physical therapists within healthcare, especially in the areas of pelvic health and functional movement. She chooses to work at Spooner because of the company’s commitment to its employees, its culture of growth, and its mission to deliver exceptional care through collaboration, mentorship, and clinical excellence.
Outside of the clinic, she is an avid WNBA supporter and loves cheering on the Mercury team. She also enjoys playing pickleball and piano, and spending time with family and friends.
