About Me:
I am originally from San Diego but have lived in AZ since 2015. I started at Spooner as a tech in December 2019 after completing my BS. I was previously working as a personal trainer but wanted to help people through movement in a bigger way. As a technician, I fell in love with the world of physical therapy and the pivotal role it plays in helping people live their best life. I was blessed to be working with therapists that encouraged my desire to learn and grow in the field and chose to pursue my degree as a PTA. I love how much more rewarding it is to help individuals recover from injury or decrease pain that prevents them from doing things they love and living life to its fullest!

Outside the Clinic:
I love finding unique types of exercise, weight lifting, and hiking. I love to spend time with my husband , Ben, going for rides on the motorcycle, traveling, exploring in the outdoors, and taking our 3 fur babies and our kids, Audrey and Derrick, camping and fishing.
