About Me:

Kimberly attended Florida Atlantic University in Boca Raton, Florida where she studied Exercise Science and Health Promotion. She continued her education in South Florida at Nova Southeastern University getting her Doctorate in Physical Therapy. Kimberly is currently certified in Blood Flow Restrictive training through Johnny Owens course and Dry Needle certified thru American Academy of Manipulative Therapy. Kimberly specializes in functional movement analysis of her patients and use of manual therapy techniques to help aid proper motion.

Through her studies at Nova Southeastern University, continuing education courses, and areas of interest, Kimberly approaches patients in a full comprehensive manner, looking not only at the injured area but the surrounding joints and tissues that can be compromised leading to further injury. In addition to therapeutic exercises, manual therapy of mobilization and manipulation, and patient education, it gives patients opportunities to improve their overall function and return to a healthy lifestyle.

Kimberly has served as one of the primary physical therapists for Phoenix Rising FC’s professional team for the past three seasons and has worked with many professional athletes providing high level, athlete centered care.
