About Me

Lytzy is passionate about helping patients build confidence in their movement and return to the activities and people that matter most to them. Originally from Dahlonega, Georgia, she recently made her way to Arizona after falling in love with the state and the Spooner community during her time as a DPT student. She is excited to continue growing as a clinician while becoming part of the Phoenix community. Her experiences throughout physical therapy school exposed her to a variety of settings and patient populations, strengthening her passion for providing individualized, patient-centered care.

Outside of the clinic, Lytzy enjoys spending time with family and friends, exploring Arizona with her dog, discovering new restaurants and coffee shops, finding great thrifted treasures, and enjoying everything the outdoors has to offer. She is always looking for new places to explore and local recommendations, so be sure to share your favorites with her!
