About Me
Tom Tardif is a physical therapist and professional movement consultant with over 10 years of experience working with clients across the full spectrum of care—from acute rehabilitation to the highest levels of sports performance. He holds a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Franklin Pierce University and a Bachelor of Science in Medical Biology from the University of New England.
Tom’s credentials reflect a commitment to interdisciplinary, evidence-based care. He is a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), a Precision Nutrition Certified practitioner (Pn1), trained in Integrative Dry Needling, and recognized as an Applied Integration Academy (AIA) Fellow. This diverse skill set allows him to bridge the gap between rehabilitation, performance training, and nutrition—supporting clients not just in recovering from injury, but in optimizing how they move, train, and fuel their bodies long-term.
Throughout his career, Tom has pursued continuing education relentlessly, driven by a belief that high-quality client outcomes depend on providers who stay current across multiple disciplines. Whether working directly with patients or consulting alongside other healthcare providers, he brings a holistic lens to rehab, performance, and nutrition.
Tom currently serves as lead faculty and Director of AIA Coaching, a role that has taken him across the country teaching and mentoring providers on applying multidisciplinary, AIA-based principles in their own practices. Through this work, he’s helping expand access to what he calls Physical Functional Healthcare—an integrated approach designed to bring higher-quality, more comprehensive care to a broader range of people.
Outside the clinic, when he’s not teaching or treating clients, Tom values time with family, cheering on his kids at soccer games, and staying active outdoors.
