About Me:

Torrey Foster, PT, DPT, OCS, FAFS, CSCS

Torrey Foster has developed expertise in outpatient sports and orthopedic rehab throughout his entire career. As a physical therapist, orthopedic specialist, and strength and conditioning specialist, Torrey uses his background in movement science, biomechanics, sports rehab to specialize in many aspects of human performance. He also possesses extensive personal experience as a multisport high school and collegiate athlete. His primary passions lie in football, basketball, baseball, and soccer, although Torrey is well-versed in treating athletes from a wide range of sports.

Torrey is a thought-leader in the design and execution of progressive, return-to-sport programs. Notably, he has worked closely with several healthcare professionals on the Spooner program for returning to play following ACL injuries. This program continuously improves through the integration of new research, field collaboration, and the evolving needs of today’s athletes. Torrey’s dedication to rehabilitating athletes after ACL injuries and his commitment to helping them achieve a successful return to sport, is evident in his work.

Torrey’s expertise in human movement is further showcased in his innovative work with employers, bringing a system of employee health that focuses on musculoskeletal care. His efforts directly enhance the musculoskeletal health of employees, resulting in time and cost savings for both individuals and the companies he partners with.

Outside of the clinic, Torrey is typically engaged in various physical activities such as resistance training, hiking, and playing flag football and basketball.  Additionally, he enjoys spending quality time with his wife and two daughters.
