Austin Kitteringham, CSCS, FAFS
A proud Arizona native from Prescott Valley, Austin discovered his love for movement and competition through year-round baseball. His passion for exercise led him to earn a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science from Northern Arizona University, setting the foundation for a career dedicated to empowering others through fitness.
Throughout his tenure at Spooner, Austin has become a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist® (CSCS) and is a Titleist Performance Institute Power 2 Certified professional. As a Fellow in Applied Functional Science (FAFS), Austin takes a holistic, individualized approach to training, addressing the mind, body, and spirit of every client. Austin is also a Certified Cancer Exercise Specialist, with a special focus on supporting women battling breast cancer and survivors working to reclaim their health. By combining functional training with habit-based nutrition coaching, he offers comprehensive strategies that meet clients wherever they are in their journey and guide them toward sustainable, life-changing results.
