Adam Loiacono, PT, DPT, SCS, CSCS

Adam Loiacono has over 15 years of experience providing top-tier rehabilitation and performance training to professional & youth athletes. His career includes reaching the NBA Finals with the Phoenix Suns in 2021 and the MLS Cup with the New England Revolution in 2014. Adam is a distinguished member of an elite group of physical therapists, holding the prestigious board certification as a Sports Clinical Specialist (SCS) through the American Physical Therapy Association—a credential achieved by only 10% of physical therapists in the United States. He is also a Certified Strength and Conditioning Coach through the National Strength & Conditioning Association.

Adam’s expertise has been recognized by notable media outlets, such as Forbes.com, Arizona’s CW7 television network, and the world-renowned PhysioNetwork.com.

Andrew Hauser

Owner, Strength Coach, Athletic Trainer – Continuum High Performance, LLC

Andrew graduated from the University of Kansas with a B.S. in Athletic Training in 2008 and obtained a Masters degree in Performance Psychology in 2020. He has worked in a variety of roles in his 14 years of experience as an athletic trainer and strength coach, with his most recent role being the Director of Performance Rehab with the Los Angeles Dodgers during which time he was a part of their 2020 World Series team. Andrew’s passions lie in both the strength and medical aspects of sport, but also in professional development and education. Prior to moving to L.A., he served as the Director of Health & Performance for the Atlanta Braves where he oversaw medical and strength staff and was able to integrate departments both in the Major League and Minor Leagues all while continuing to develop and refine his and his colleagues’ skills. Andrew’s experience in sport extends beyond baseball. He has worked with a number of professional athletes in the NFL, MLB, NHL, NBA, MLS and track/field and has become a sought-after consultant and public speaker for professionals, teams and athletes nation-wide.

Nate Barry

Owner and operator of Continuum Precision Health and Performance

Nate came to the precision medicine space in 2020 after 15 years of experience working as a Division I strength and conditioning coach. In that time frame, he worked with seven different sports, including being a part of six bowl game appearances for various collegiate football programs, a women’s basketball program advancing to the NCAA Final Four, and an NCAA College World Series appearance.
For the past four and a half years, he has bridged the gap between personalized medicine and athletic performance, coordinating medical care and lifestyle optimization for over 80 professional athletes in the NFL, MLB, NHL, Nascar, CrossFit Games, USA Boxing, and numerous other extreme sport professionals.
He is trained in personalized medicine, genomics, metabolomics, and precision nutrition. He is also a USA Weightlifting Certified Sport Performance Coach and holds a National Strength and Conditioning Association certification.
