“It is my passion and specialty to educate youth athletes and raise their game to the next level. This is especially true with youth soccer athletes.”

About Me:
I have advanced my career as a movement specialist as I have my CSCS, USSF D, and Precision Nutrition certifications. The largest influence on my journey to becoming a FIT trainer is the exposure to multiple physical therapists within the clinic. I have interacted with an array of patients within the following sectors; post-op, pediatrics, high school and professional athletes, geriatrics, neuro, pelvic floor, and vestibular. Rehabbing many different populations, I’ve had the benefit of observing and navigating different approaches within the desired treatment plan. I am prepared to take patients to the next level and guide them to enhance their performance. This can be accomplished through education, motivation, and strengthening the client to move better and feel better in their daily activities.

My ideal client population is youth soccer players, geriatrics, and youth athletes. For the past years, I’ve been coaching soccer at junior high, high schools, and at East Valley NSFC striving to bring the best out of my players. As a FIT trainer I am in a position to sustain and continue their growth. It is my passion and specialty to educate youth athletes and raise their game to the next level. This is especially true with youth soccer athletes. My approach involves creating a habit-based program that ensures success on and off the field. With personalized strategies, I guide my clients towards optimal health and performance.
