About Me
Molly Ahlemeier began her career in the field as a physical therapy technician at Fischer Institute, now known as Spooner Sports Institute. She worked there for about three and a half years while pursuing her degree. Molly started her college education at Mesa Community College and later graduated from Arizona State University in May 2020 with a bachelor’s degree in Exercise and Wellness. During her time at ASU, she served as a teaching assistant for an Exercise Testing course, where she assisted students in learning how and when to utilize various tests on patients and clients.
After graduating, Molly realized she wanted to transition from physical therapy to the strength and conditioning field. She has always been passionate about helping people reach their goals and believes it is crucial for individuals to move in a way that they enjoy, whether in the gym or through a hobby outside of it. Molly earned her CSCS (Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist) certification in April 2021 and began her career in training. Over the years, she has gained experience working with athletes of all ages and levels, from youth to professional, as well as the general population.
