Bridging the Gap: From Postpartum to Peak Performance

Join us at Spooner Sunnyslope on Saturday, October 28th for a Postpartum Bootcamp!

The Spooner Women’s Health and Sports Medicine teams have come together with Spooner FIT Trainer Molly Ahlemeier, CSCS to offer an event designed to address the unique needs of postpartum moms!

Not only will you be challenged by a unique bootcamp style workout, but you will also have an opportunity to ask questions and learn from our pelvic floor and sports medicine therapists. Our pediatric therapists will also be available to answer any questions you have about your babies, toddlers, and young children. Spooner therapists will be by your side throughout the workout to offer modifications (tips on how to modify an exercise based on your current fitness level) designed to ensure success. We’ll ensure your form has you on a path toward achieving your goals – whatever that might look like for you!

What to expect:
10-15 warm-up
45 minute boot camp style workout
45 minute post-workout Q&A with the Spooner team + a brunch & bubbly recovery

This event was designed for:
Women up to 5 years postpartum (limited to the first 30 participants)
Infants up to 12 months are welcome at this baby-friendly event! We’ll event have childcare provided by a team of Spooner pediatric therapists (limited to the first 10)
